What can you do as an individual?
Summer is a difficult time for everyone. As we enter hotter days, take care of yourself first and ensure everyone around you is doing fine.
It is important to speak up against bad practices around you. Try to ensure people around you are working in cool-enough environment.
If you find someone dizzy/fainted, take them to a shade and help them cool down by pouring water over them and giving them water to drink. Take them to the hospital immediately.
Keep a source of water for animals and birds in your neighborhood.
