What can you do as an individual?
I thought I could save the planet all by myself but becoming an adult has just burst that shiny little bubble of mine…Sorry… an individual’s actions will not change the carbon footprint of the entire planet but our collective daily changes have the capability to reduce consumption, reduce waste, and protect the wildlife and the environment.
Here are a few tips to get started:
Bring reusable containers (coffee cups, boxes) and utensils to the dining hall/mess, cafe and campus events to reduce waste.
Stop buying new clothes if you don’t have a need for them. More on this soon…
